Shoulder Faeries is (are?) a Level 5 character in Storybook Brawl. This pair of fairies form single a Fairy character.

The change in game version 0.67.4 appears to make little difference. However it’s actually very significant as it removes a very powerful interaction with Echowood. Note that the stats of Shoulder faeries are locked in at the start of a brawl and don’t change if other characters are buffed/killed.
