Squinkies
Squinkies from Blip Toys look like being the next big toy craze. They're aimed at a market slightly younger than most of those who currently buy bandz and look like they might be one of the big hits for Christmas 2010.
What Are Squinkies?
Squinkies are squishy squashable little characters which each come with their own little plastic bubble. You can take them out of the bubbles to play then store or display them back in the case.
Collectible
There are, of course, a huge number of different Squinkies to buy and collect, currently (September 2010) almost 200. A small proportion of the Squinkies you can get are Rare Squinkies which are of course the big prizes. The rare Squinkies come in one of five different glitter and sparkle colours with a variety of shapes.You can buy Squinkies in bubble packs containing a random selection. There are also a number of playsets available to buy separately. These include Cupcake Surprize Bake Shop, Gumball Surprize, Gumball Playhouse and Teatime Surprize. For displaying your collection there's the huge Palace Surprize or you can buy the wrist band sets.
